I have a sweet tooth and I absolutely LOVE chocolate! This delicious breakfast feels like dessert but is actually super healthy and guilt-free! Try this quick and easy recipe the next time you need some brekkie to go - store it in the fridge overnight and grab it in the morning as you head out the door.
Prep time: 5 + chill overnight
Cooking time: 0
½ cup (50g) old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup (85g) of your favourite plant-based yoghurt
½ cup (120ml) almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. honey
1 ½ tbsp. cocoa powder
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or a jar. Leave to sit in the fridge overnight, then add your favourite toppings (optional) in the morning before you eat.
